The national accreditation entity, ENAC, is the official body in charge of granting accreditations to laboratories and entities, both public and private, in Spain.
The laboratory began its accreditation process in 2007 with the accreditation number 620/LE1050, and since then has been expanding its scope by increasing the number of tests/matrices included in it.
The accreditation process evaluated by ENAC is the normative way of demonstrating the technical and management quality of a testing laboratory, through compliance with the provisions of the UNE-EN-ISO-17025 standard, which performs periodic audits, both follow-up and re-evaluation.
